Ingredients:
4 Leers
3 eggs
1 glass of milk
1/2kg corn flour
100gr white cheese
1 glass yogurt
2 glass oil
1,5 glass carbonate
A bit of sugar and salt
How To Cook:
Cut the leers as onions and cook until pinki with the 2 glass of oil and let it cool down. Add a glas of yogurt, 3 eggs, salt, a little sugar and carbonate and stir. Then add the corn flour and make it a liquid dough. Pour the mixtur into an oven pan and cook in a pre-heated oven.
