CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1,5 glass of milk
150gr. margarine
3 tblsp flour
1 square bitter chocolate
1/2 glass of sugar
3 tblsp cocao
1 pac. of cream
Powdered Sugar

How To Cook:

Melt the 150gr margarine in a pot. And add the milk, flour, cocao and chocolate and stir until it looks like a puding. On another cup, seperate the whites of the eggs from its yellows. First beat the yellows than beat the whites with half a tea spoon of salt. AFter the puding is cold, add the whites and the yellows in it. Cook in a pre-heated (180 degrees Celcius) oven for about 40 minutes.
Prepare the cream and the powdered sugar before serving
