Ingredients:
2 Phyllos
1 glass of vegetable oil
1 glass of yogurt
2 eggs
1 glass of milk
1/2 white cheese
1 glass grated fresh koshar cheese
How To Cook:
Slice the phyllos on a matchbox size, and mix all the ingredients and ad the phyllos. Pour all the mixture on a pyrex plate and keep it refrigirated for an hour. After keeping it there take it out and let it warm upto room temperature and put it in a 170 degrees celcius pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. You may add the grated cheese on to before putting it in the oven. If you a fan of parsley, You may add some in the ingredients also.
