Ingredients:
1kg turbot, cleaned
1 quantity fish marinade
Olive oil or vegetable oil for deep frying
50g flour
FOR THE GARNISH
Lemon slices
Chopped parsley
ACCOMPANIMENT

How to Cook:
Cut the fish into strips 2.5cm wide and 10cm long. Rinse and drain. Marinate for 2 hours in the fish marinade, then drain. Heat the oil. Coat the strips of the fish in flour, shake off any excess and deep-fry for 6-7 min.until golden. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
Put the lemon slices around the edge of a heated serving dish, put the fish in the middle and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with an onian salad and lemon juice.
