Ayran is often drunk with meals. The consistency can be changed by adding more or less water.
Ingredients:
To serve 3-4 Pax:
500gr. Thick-set yoghurt
400ml. iced water
1tsp salt or to taste
How To Do:
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and whis for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add the water and salt gradually and whisk again for 2 minutes. (You can also use blender too)
