PUMPKIN SOUP

Ingredients:
500-600 gr pumpkin
1 medium sized onion (sliced into 4)
2 dices of garlic (sliced into 2)
1 medium sized potato (sliced into 4)
1-12 glass waters of chicken water (you may also use meat water if you'd prefer)
2 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper
1 water glass (200ml) of cream or 2 glasses of milk
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp red paprika


How to Cook:
Peel the pumpkin and clear the seeds. Then slice it into big pieces and put them in a big pot along with sliced oninon, potato and garlic. Add the chicken water and let it boil until the vegtables are cooked for 30-35 minutes. Add salt and black pepper. After the vegetables are cooked, remove pot from the stove and mush the vegies with a hand blender. Add the cream or milk and put the put on the stove and stir until boiled. Remove after boiling and put the red paprica on top. You may as well grate some cheese on it also.
