An Appetizer with Red Bell Peppers

A very delicious and a healthy appetizer..
You can use as much red bell peppers as you like, steam cook them or put them in the oven and cook until they get soft. Then peal the thin skin and cut them into pieces from length. Cut some garlic on top of them. (All these quantities are upto your request/likes and dislikes) Put some olive oil and a bit of vinegar or lemmon. Very quick and healty and delicious appetizer is ready for your stomach journey :)
